古德登学校董事会

像大多数独立学校一样，古德学校由董事会管理.  

董事会由整个十大电子游戏正规平台社区的代表组成，包括现任家长, 校友, 校友家长, 教育专业人士, 圣公会领袖, 以及为董事会带来具体技能和观点的社区志愿者. 

受托人, 谁对古德登学校这个法人实体负有最终的法律责任, 在实践中, restrict their actions to five major areas: 1) the maintenance of the school’s mission and periodic reviews of the mission with input from a wide range of representatives of the school community; 2) the establishment of institutional policy; 3) the provision of material and financial resources for the school; 4) the appointment and support of the head of school, whose responsibility it is to lead the school’s day to day operations; and 5) act as the fiduciary and steward of the care and effectiveness with which policies are carried out.
